Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Crafts to uphold plant equipment reliability and safety. You will perform preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems to keep machinery running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot PLC-driven equipment, read schematics, and implement root-cause solutions. The role requires hands-on work in a manufacturing environment with strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret work orders and production reports.
• Ability to pass OSHA respiratory test.
• Must have own required tools to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, reactive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
• Read, interpret, and program PLC controllers and languages.
• Determine root causes and implement preventive actions.
• Perform electrical/mechanical fabrication and alterations.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels; replace filters.
