Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment. You will work safely in a fast-paced facility serving multiple plants across the site.

Role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical skills, PLC experience, and the ability to read schematics. Must comply with lock-out/tag-out and safety standards and lift up to 50–65 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance/electrician experience in manufacturing
• Experience with PLCs and ability to read schematics
• Working knowledge of safety programs including lock-out/tag-out

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment and electrical components
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using manuals and schematics
• Operate hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, and replace parts
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluids, filters and perform maintenance
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
• Dismantle equipment to access defective parts with hoists and tools
• Contribute to team goals while working independently
• Other duties as assigned
