Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable Inc. in Hayesville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our high-tech production lines running reliably and safely.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and implement practical upgrades to improve uptime and efficiency on our CNC, conveyor, and HVAC systems. We welcome hands-on technicians with a strong background in hydraulics/pneumatics, PLCs and VFDs, and welding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• proven experience maintaining industrial machinery such as CNC machines, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC functionality, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and hydraulics/pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain: Execute preventive maintenance schedules to keep machines in top shape.
• Fix: Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Improve: Implement equipment upgrades to improve uptime and efficiency.
• Record: Keep detailed logs of work to maintain quality certifications.
