Job summary

Hendrickson seeks a Maintenance Technician to maximize equipment uptime by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production systems, including PLCs and CNC controls. You will support production associates and help with equipment installation and start-up.

You will collaborate with management to implement corrective actions, maintain safe working conditions, and assist in purchasing maintenance supplies. A2-year experience and an Associate’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Must have 2-5 years maintenance experience.
• 2 years experience with PLCs.
• 5 years experience with 480 volt electrical systems.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, electronic, fluid power, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Familiar with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley CNC Controls.
• Familiar with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC and other regulations.
• Machining and welding capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete periodical and incidental machine maintenance in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedules and manufacturer recommendations.
• Plan and implement corrective action in coordination with management.
• Comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds in a clean and orderly manner.
• Assist in purchasing maintenance supplies and equipment parts as required.
