Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable Inc. in Hayesville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep high-tech production lines running and the facility safe. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and implement equipment upgrades to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates have CNC/machinery experience, PLC and VFD familiarity, welding skills (MIG/Resistance), and are committed to quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Experience maintaining CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of PLC functionality, VFDs, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Welding experience (MIG/Resistance).
• Preferred: technical certification or associate degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair high-tech production lines.
• Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues on the fly.
• Record detailed logs to support certifications and traceability.
• Work on equipment upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability.
