Job summary

ADVANCED DIGITAL CABLE LLC in Hayesville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our high-tech production lines running and the facility safe. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform PMs, and participate in equipment upgrades in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have a strong background in industrial maintenance, PLC/VFD knowledge, welding skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience maintaining CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC functionality, VFDs, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Welding (MIG/Resistance) and metal fabrication skills.
• Preferred technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to keep machines in top condition.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems on the fly.
• Work on equipment upgrades to improve processes.
• Record detailed logs to meet quality and certification standards.
