Job summary

ADVANCED DIGITAL CABLE LLC in Hayesville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our high-tech production lines running and the facility safe. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform PMs, and participate in equipment upgrades in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have a strong background in industrial maintenance, PLC/VFD knowledge, welding skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Experience maintaining CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
Working knowledge of PLC functionality, VFDs, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Welding (MIG/Resistance) and metal fabrication skills.
Preferred technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to keep machines in top condition.
Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems on the fly.
Work on equipment upgrades to improve processes.
Record detailed logs to meet quality and certification standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain: Execute precise preventive maintenance schedules to keep our machines in top shape.
Fix: Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems on the fly.
Improve: Work on equipment upgrades and find ways to make our processes even better.
Record: Keep detailed logs of your work to maintain our high-quality certifications.

Required Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma
Industrial Expertise: Proven experience maintaining industrial machinery such as CNC machines, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.Core
Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of PLC functionality, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and complex fluid power systems (hydraulics/pneumatics).
Fabrication Skills: Proficiency in welding (MIG/Resistance) and metal fabrication.

Preferred Qualifications:
