Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot PLC problems and repair control systems.
• Perform lockout/tagout procedures for equipment.
• Work with engineers, contractors, and staff to complete tasks.
• Bring production back online quickly through rapid analysis and repair.
• Read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams.
• Oversee installation and operation of new equipment.
• Develop schedules and perform preventative maintenance and calibration.
