Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and control issues in production machinery.
• Tear down, rebuild, and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
• Perform facility maintenance including welding, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
• Maintain facility systems such as lighting, HVAC, and structural components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document downtime for equipment.
• Instruct production teams on preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment.
• Basic electrical theory and OSHA safety.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot motors, drives, relays, sensors, and solenoids.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting and PM/CMMS familiarity.
