Job summary

Techniplas is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Dalton, GA to install, repair, and maintain equipment across the facility. The role requires working with multiple departments to deliver excellent service and meets a 40-hours-per-week expectation.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of related work experience required.
• Must be able to read blueprints and possess prior experience working with pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance at regular intervals and keep records.
• Maintain plant property and grounds, including storm damage and trash removal.
• Make pick-ups and deliveries for maintenance team using company vehicles.
• Perform minor electrical and other utilities installations.
• Perform facility maintenance as needed.
• Remove, replace, and repair building and equipment components.
• Support boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, heating and ventilation systems.
• Support the plant with sanitation needs.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure proper quality of work and efficiency.
