The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and basic PLC troubleshooting, with the ability to read blueprints and work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED minimum; technical school preferred.
• 1–3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose issues accurately without trial-and-error.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with close tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and control issues in production machinery.
• Tear down, rebuild, and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
• Perform facility maintenance: welding, plumbing, painting, carpentry.
• Maintain facility systems including lighting, HVAC, and structural components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document production equipment activities.
• Keep repair logs and track downtime per machine.
• Instruct production teams on preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ensure proper use, care, and organization of tools.
