Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing and facility systems. You will work with production and maintenance teams to perform PMs and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment.

Responsibilities include inspecting and diagnosing machines, reading schematics, and documenting repairs. The role requires safety focus, adherence to GMP/ISO, and collaboration across shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; technical institute preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing/technical experience in industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills; able to work safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Inspect, measure and diagnose equipment; read schematics and manuals to locate issues.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities; update work orders and records.
• Repairs, fabricates and installs related equipment; supports building maintenance as needed.
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to GMP and ISO standards.
