Job summary

Enviva is hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Kentucky facility. You will perform preventive maintenance on pellet mill and auxiliary machinery, follow procedures, document inspections, and support continuous lubrication programs to ensure 24/7 operations.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and related equipment, with a focus on reliability and safety in an outdoor industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Experience in preventative, predictive and proactive maintenance procedures.
• Demonstrated knowledge in hydraulics, lubrication, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform/coordinate preventive maintenance and lubrication on motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and other pellet mill equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Analyze equipment performance and implement changes to improve reliability and throughput.
• Maintain inspections and reports on equipment condition and maintenance actions.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate with appropriate PPE at all times.
