Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance and adjust tooling and equipment to meet throughput and quality targets.
• Perform inspections of equipment and maintain it in good condition.
• Review work order specifications to determine materials, procedures, and processing steps.
• Adjust machine components to regulate speed, pressure and temperatures.
• Monitor gauges and indicators to detect malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Complete maintenance tasks and enter work requests as applicable.
• Maintain safety procedures and report issues promptly.
• Communicate operational information as required.
