Job summary

• Analyze equipment performance and implement tooling changes to meet throughput and quality targets.
• Perform and document inspections and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Review work order specifications and materials to produce pellets.
• Adjust machine components to regulate speed, temperature and material flow.
• Monitor gauges and indicators to detect malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Coordinate maintenance on equipment per job instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping and uphold safety procedures.
• Ensure consistent production quality and accurate reporting.
