Job summary

Watts Water in Hutchinson, KS, is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utility systems running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system improvements, while documenting work in CMMS and supporting environmental and safety standards.

Reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, this role is on-site with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Must have experience performing industrial maintenance and mechanical repair.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment, facilities, grounds, vehicles, and support systems.
• Operate hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders in CMMS software.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and boiler systems.
• Follow safety, environmental rules, and company policies at all times.
