• Diagnose and repair equipment issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Complete scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Use blueprints, schematics, and manuals to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Perform work orders and assist with new equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sanitation teams.
• Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and quality procedures.
