Arcwood Environmental is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician I to install, troubleshoot, and maintain production and facility equipment. The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs across hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 1+ years of maintenance experience or a craft apprenticeship. Onsite location in OH supports a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and drawings.
• Diagnoses equipment issues and executes repairs or part replacements.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unplanned repairs as needed.
• Support team with foundational machinist duties when required.
• Maintain ability to work flexible hours or overtime based on business needs.
