JCB, Inc. is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional to perform maintenance functions for a range of equipment and tooling at our onsite Pooler, GA facility.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with experience in welding and preventive maintenance. This full-time, non-exempt position offers opportunities for OT and advancement within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years of maintenance support experience.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests as required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, fixtures and tooling per OEM standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on equipment and tooling.
• Operate welding and cutting processes (MIG/Stick welding, oxyacetylene).
• Maintain accurate work order information in maintenance system and escalate downtime as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and support continuous improvement.
