Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA seeks a skilled Welder to perform advanced welding and fabrication for skid steers and heavy equipment. The role requires reading blueprints, operating welding equipment, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position is full-time, non-exempt on second shift (4:00PM–2:30AM) with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years welding and fabrication in manufacturing.
• Able to pass welding tests and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding: MIG, SMAW, TIG as needed.
• Read blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accuracy.
• Set up welding equipment, fixtures, and fabrication machinery.
• Fabricate by fitting, grinding, cutting, and welding materials.
