JCB North America is seeking a maintenance technician for our Pooler, GA facility. The role focuses on maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment and tooling to keep production running smoothly.

The position is full-time and non-exempt, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 10p-6:30a and potential overtime on weekends. A technical certificate or journeyman status is preferred, along with 3-5 years of maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of maintenance support experience; pass drug screen and background checks as required by law.
• Preferred Qualifications: Technical certificate or associate’s degree; 5-7 years of maintenance support experience; journeyman status or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; perform preventive maintenance per OEM standards.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of equipment, fixtures, and tooling.
• Operate MIG/STICK welding and oxyacetylene cutting; maintain accurate work orders and PM schedules.
• Support continuous improvement projects and safety compliance.
