Job summary

Maple Springs Laundry, LLC in Hickory, NC is seeking a maintenance technician to support plant operations and keep equipment in optimal condition.

You will work with conveyors, drives, gearboxes, motors, and basic electrical and pneumatic systems, plus basic plumbing. Bring your own tools, and maintain valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Starting pay ranges with overtime are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to learn new skills and trades pertaining to maintenance.
• Must own and bring your own hand tools.
• i.e., Pump pliers, screwdrivers, SAE and Metric wrenches, SAE and Metric hex-keys, wire strippers, linesman pliers, diagonal cutters
• Dependable
• Must have a current driver's license.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Initial scheduled positions may vary for new hires as positions are being filled.
• Hours may vary slightly, with plenty of overtime opportunities.
• Occasional off days may be required for certain PMs or machinery installs.
