Job summary

Maple Donuts, LLC is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain highly automated manufacturing equipment. The role emphasizes a robust background in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems with advanced PLC troubleshooting capabilities to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include PLC troubleshooting, mechanical repairs on packaging lines, PM/PdM tasks, and reading blueprints for equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance or multi-craft role in heavy manufacturing.
Able to connect to a PLC online, monitor ladder logic, trace I/O faults, and modify code.
Proficient in mechanical fabrication and electrical diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain PLC-controlled production lines.
Repair and rebuild high-speed packaging machinery, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and compressors.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves and actuators.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits up to 480V 3-phase; manage VFDs, sensors, relays, and motor starters.
Perform preventative/predictive maintenance and document actions in CMMS.
Read blueprints and schematics to assist with installations and modifications.
