Job summary

Bpp Mfg is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems in Rancho Cordova, CA. The role focuses on minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance and prompt corrective actions, working closely with production, engineering, and safety teams.

The position requires 2+ years in industrial maintenance, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school certification a plus.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CNC equipment (lasers, press brakes, punches) strongly preferred.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus.
• Comfortable using CMMS or digital logging/inventory systems; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance and track tasks per PM schedules.
• Maintain and update a master PM calendar and logs for all equipment.
• Coordinate repairs with outside service vendors and OEM technicians as needed.
• Maintain documentation, service reports, and calibration certificates for audits.
• Load and manage consumables, spare parts, and inventory of materials.
