Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a maintenance technician to maintain production equipment and facilities at our Stockton, CA sites. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex equipment and supporting production to maximize uptime.

Applicants should have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, read schematics, and follow OSHA safety requirements. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work extended shifts in a loud environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance or similar.
• Education/training in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Provide support for production equipment to reach optimum capabilities.
• Establish root cause analysis on equipment failures.
• Support projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Adhere to 5S systems and GMP compliance.
