Job summary

CCL Label Inc. in Sonoma, CA is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support production by keeping machinery running safely and reliably.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic and mechanical issues, and help implement upgrades as directed. The ideal candidate has a certificate or several years of related experience, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently to meet production needs.

Qualifications

One-year certificate or 3–5 years related experience in electrical or mechanical fields.
Strong analytic, troubleshooting, mathematical, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and set priorities to support production requirements.
Experience with listed shop and support equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic and mechanical failures.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment, support equipment, facilities and safety equipment.
Comply with company personnel and safety policies while supporting GMP.
Perform special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel.
Observe operation of machine and verify conformance to machine specifications.
Fabricate, install and develop upgrades, modifications and machine changes as directed.
Keep parts inventory and work with operations coordinator to order spare parts and consumables.
Perform all other duties assigned by the management staff.
