Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials in Texas seeks an ISC Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.

Responsibilities include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; minimizing downtime; maintaining maintenance records; and supporting production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment such as compressors, seals, packing, pumps; fixed equipment such as steam tracing, bolt torquing, and piping.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safety standards.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Perform assembly and production tasks according to procedures and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product assembly.
• Maintain documentation of production activities and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
