Job summary

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment such as compressors, seals, packing, pumps; fixed equipment such as steam tracing, bolt torquing, flanged connections, or mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safety compliance.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems.
