Job summary

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities within the manufacturing operation, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production quality.

Responsibilities include inspections, diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues, maintaining infrastructure, and compliant with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of welding and woodworking equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying shop conditions.
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on welding equipment, woodworking machinery, and shop tools.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on shop equipment.
• Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including lighting, ventilation, and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations during all maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts inventory, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
• Assist in installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned
