GE Appliances, a Haier company, Camden, SC, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment reliability and uptime in manufacturing operations. You will perform machine setup, troubleshoot, repair, and preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read schematics and blueprints, and experience with powered tools.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Journeyman with 2+ years in Electrical or Mechanical, or Associates degree with 2+ years hands-on experience, or 8 years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and similar equipment.
• Ability to use powered and hand tools in maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and improve hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete shop records and use reporting systems.
• Provide quick response to maintenance requests from leadership and operations.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; adhere to LOTO and machine guards.
• Perform welding and plumbing as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas.
• Operate motorized equipment like scissor lifts and forklifts.
• Use a wide range of powered and hand tools.
