GE Appliances, a Haier company, is hiring a Technical Area Business Leader for the Fabrication department in Camden, SC. You will oversee safe, efficient manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve daily and long‑term performance targets.

The role requires an engineering degree and at least 5 years in maintenance or equipment engineering, with hands-on automation experience (Fanuc, PLCs).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Industrial) or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in maintenance, mechanical or equipment engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations for the fabrication value stream, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Own equipment reliability, TPM initiatives and continuous improvement.Lead cross‑functional teams across shifts to meet daily and long‑term goals.
• Coordinate with engineering and vendors on diagnostics, repairs and equipment changes.
• Promote 5S, standard work and structured problem solving across the section.
• Develop team capability, mentor leaders, and enforce safety and quality culture.
