Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing site in High Point, NC. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment to minimize downtime.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and handle electrical work including PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics while following safety protocols and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance role in manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience with conveyors and gearboxes
• Good electrical understanding and PLC troubleshooting
• PM experience required

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance of industrial machinery
• Work with mechanical equipment, replacing/wearing parts as needed

Job Description

-Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician

-Location: High Point, NC

-Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing repairs on, and performing preventative maintenance of industrial machinery. This person will work with mechanical equipment and tools, replacing and adjusting broken/worn parts as needed.

Additionally, this role included electrical maintenance of machinery, including troubleshooting PLCs and other utilizing other electronic display panels to perform correct maintenance procedures on equipment.

Inspecting completed repairs, following safety guidelines and procedures, and communicating with other departments are all large components of this position as well.

-Requirements:

-3+ years experience in industrial maintenance role in manufacturing environment

-Strong mechanical aptitude required

-Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics

-Experience with chains, conveyors, gearboxes

-Good electrical understanding

-PM experience required

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
