Job summary

Apex Geotech Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and infrastructure.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, document work in CMMS, assist with installation and commissioning, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facilities settings preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; ability to read manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on production equipment and facility systems per schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect machinery for safety and performance concerns and escalate as needed.
• Document work orders, parts used, and time in CMMS.
• Assist with installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Operate tools and testing equipment safely; abide by PPE and LOTO policies.
• Collaborate with Production/Operations to minimize disruption.
