Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Selmer, TN to support our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure uptime, safety, and cost objectives.

You will perform preventive maintenance, complete shift records, and operate a range of tools while adhering to LOTO and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman certification with 2/5 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience with 480V/220V/120V electrical systems.
• Understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work methods, PPE, and LOTO procedures.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete shop records and use reporting systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from leadership and operations.
• Operate assigned tools and equipment safely.
