Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, electromechanical, hydraulics or welding experience with strong electrical capability preferred; duties include routine PMs, repairs, reading blueprints, and collaboration with engineering staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Electrical/wiring experience preferred; ability to learn PLCs.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluids; perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair machines and equipment with hand tools, hoists, and precision instruments.
• Service, adjust, test machines and moving parts; diagnose issues and replace parts.
• Access components by dismantling devices safely using hoists and cranes.
• Read manuals, work orders, diagrams and blueprints to complete service.
• Collaborate with engineering for special projects and mold setup when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and support team on larger tasks and repairs.
