iHireManufacturing seeks an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support second and third shifts. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing production and support equipment, coordinating with managers, and ensuring safe, timely completion of work.

The role requires electrical experience (up to 480VAC), ability to read manuals/schematics, and physical capacity to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders. Tools provided by the candidate. Includes adherence to safety and GMP standards.

Formación

• Provide your own tools.
• Electrical experience, low voltage up to 480VAC.
• Read/comprehend manuals and parts schematics. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair production equipment and support equipment.
• Coordinate work duties with Maintenance Manager and Production Manager.
• Proper use and maintenance on tools.
• Maintain daily records: work orders, material requisitions, and activity reports.
• Ensure work is done safely and on time.
• Written and verbal communication with plant management.
• Maintain preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Assist with diagnosing problems, dismantle defective machines and install parts.
• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for programs and projects.
• Visually inspect and test machinery to detect malfunctions.
• Identify foreign materials when found.
• Follow company policies including Lock-out / Tag-out, GMP, SQF, HACCP, OSHA standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
