Job summary

ProFrac Services in Bossier City, LA, seeks a maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role supports plant goals with safety-driven preventive maintenance and urgent repairs.

You will diagnose problems, replace parts, and test adjustments while reading manuals and work orders. Expect 8–16 hour shifts, overtime, and tight safety controls to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties in a safe manner.
• Strong welding, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills.
• Ability to work 8-16 hour shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment and perform repairs as needed.
• Provide emergency/unplanned repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test adjustments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Participate in On-Call maintenance with a Technician.
