Job summary

ProFrac Services in Louisiana seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to troubleshoot, repair, commission, and maintain plant electrical and instrumentation systems.

The role requires performing preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and documentation in Upkeep, while collaborating with operations and engineering to improve reliability and cost effectiveness. 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years’ experience as an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician
• PLC experience
• 3 phase motor control experience
• Mechanical experience, specifically, knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, commission, and maintain plant electrical and instrumentation.
• Operate instrument, electrical tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair per demonstrated skill level competency.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance requirements and improve reliability.
• Document work in Upkeep database to build equipment history and PM/PD changes.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with site policies and regulations.
• Work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, overtime as needed.
