Job summary

Prof Compounding Centers of America in Houston, TX is seeking a Production Service Technician to repair, install, adjust, and maintain industrial production machinery and heavy equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, using blueprints and manuals to ensure safe operation.

You will diagnose faults, replace parts, weld or fabricate as needed, test repaired systems, and document maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a mechanical environment.
• Experience using diagnostic/test equipment and fault diagnosis.
• Willing to obtain HVAC/OSHA/Water certifications.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble machinery to repair parts and perform maintenance.
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.
• Diagnose equipment problems using meters and diagnostic tools; test repairs.
• Record repairs and maintenance performed; requisition parts as needed.
• Study blueprints/manuals to ensure correct installation and operation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance during maintenance tasks.
