Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking aMaintenance Technician to perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment and facilities. The role requires reading manuals, diagnosing issues, and performing preventative maintenance to support production goals.

Candidates should have welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical skills, with a high school diploma or GED and a preference for an associate degree or welder certification.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year maintaining heavy equipment, preferably in industrial settings.
• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Welder certification preferred.
• Must be able to read manuals, diagnose problems and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly diversified duties to maintain plant equipment
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, test and adjust
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines and facilities
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
• Participate in maintenance On-Call system with technicians
• Comply with MSHA regulations and maintain clean work areas
• Other duties as assigned
