Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently.
• Ability to interpret assembly schematics for installation and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment, repair and upgrade production equipment using hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmissions, welding, machining, and pipe fitting.
• Change bearings, motors, gearboxes, conveyor belts, sprockets, rollers, and drive chains; replace hydraulic hoses, cylinders and electric motors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Lead and follow safety guidelines and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe work environment.
