A focus on safety and continuous learning is essential, with on-call duties as needed. The role requires experience in industrial maintenance, welding and electrical work, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot electronics, pneumatic and mechanical systems and perform repairs.
• Industrial/Manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Technical understanding and machinery maintenance experience mandatory.
• Welding and electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant facility and equipment in a safe, fully-functioning state.
• Operate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain automated lines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faulty components and perform restorations as needed.
• Improve system performance by implementing upgrades and modifications.
• Coordinate forklift maintenance and ensure daily checks.
• Follow safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous learning and training to stay current.
• Demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and teamwork.
• Be available for on-call duties including evenings and weekends.
