Conner Industries, Inc. in Conroe, Texas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing facilities running safely and efficiently on automated production lines.

You will troubleshoot electronics, pneumatic and mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and repair or upgrade equipment as needed. The role requires independence as well as teamwork, on-call availability evenings or weekends, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Troubleshoot electronics, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Carpentry skills preferred.
• Industrial/Manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Technical understanding required.
• Machinery maintenance experience required.
• Welding and electrical experience.
• Able to listen and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain plant facility and equipment in a safe, functional condition.
• Operate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain automated lines and systems.
• Diagnose, repair and replace faulty components as needed.
• Improve system performance by identifying upgrades and modifications.
• Coordinate forklift maintenance and daily checklists.
• Follow safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Be available for on-call duties evenings and weekends.
• Stay current with industry best practices through training.
