Job summary

Conner Industries, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our plant facilities and equipment running safely at our Fayetteville, Arkansas location.

You will troubleshoot electronics, pneumatic and mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance on automated lines, repair components, and support continuous improvement while adhering to safety standards and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot electronics, pneumatic and mechanical systems as part of preventive maintenance.
• Ability to repair components and perform upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Technical understanding and machinery maintenance experience required.
• Welding and electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant facility and equipment in a safe, fully-functioning state.
• Operate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain automated lines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faulty components and restore equipment as needed.
• Suggest and implement system upgrades to improve performance and reliability.
• Coordinate forklift maintenance and complete daily checklists.
• Follow safety standards and regulatory requirements; stay current with best practices.
• Work independently or with a team and be available for on-call duties as needed.
