Job summary

Grande Cheese Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and efficiency of cheese and whey production. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and keep records in our CMMS system.

Collaborate with plant teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency, while complying with USDA, FDA, SQF, and OSHA standards. Candidates should have strong problem‑solving, electrical/mechanical skills, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or better required.
• Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and recordkeeping in CMMS.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
