Job summary
Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in North Carolina is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform diversified duties installing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment. You will follow safety, PM, and GMP processes to support production goals.
You will analyze test results, read blueprints, service hydraulic and pneumatic systems, operate and test repaired machinery, and document maintenance activities in SAP or ERP systems. Shift availability and overtime may apply.
Qualifications
- Industrial ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler and utility experience.
- 1-2 year(s) prior industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required.
- Ability to utilize computer-based maintenance planning/PM ERP platforms, SAP a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose equipment problems from test results and operator input.
- Disassemble and repair machinery; reassemble after inspections.
- Perform preventative maintenance and document work orders in SAP or MIS/ERP.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems and control devices.
- Operate repaired machinery to verify repairs.
