Role Description

The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Durand, WI, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production and facility equipment. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting machinery, performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and completing repairs to minimize downtime. The role also involves documenting maintenance activities, assisting with equipment installation or upgrades, and collaborating with production staff to address equipment-related concerns.
