Job summary
Aerotek is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Glasgow, MO to maintain production efficiency by ensuring safe operation of machinery and facility systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, interpreting schematics and installation manuals.
Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, replacing defective parts, calibrating components, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Ability to read schematics/diagrams for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficient with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and measurement tools.
- Familiar with safety standards and working in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace faulty components to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Install, calibrate, and test equipment; interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Inspect motors, belts, gears, and drives; align and recalibrate as needed.
- Support continuous improvement and capital projects related to equipment reliability.
