Aerotek invites applications for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Columbia, MO. The role focuses on maintaining PLC-controlled production equipment, injection molding machines, and related facilities to ensure safe, reliable operation.

You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and work with vendors to optimize equipment performance while adhering to safety policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Hands-on hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance experience.
• Willingness to operate forklifts and cranes after training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment.
• Diagnose failures, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety policies.
• Inspect daily equipment and document findings.
• Maintain plant facilities and production equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve recurring issues.
• Operate forklifts, man lifts, and cranes as trained.
