You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and repair components to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician in industrial settings.
• Hands-on maintenance on production or processing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and overhauls on industrial laundry and boiler room systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose failures using testing, inspection, and observation.
• Repair or replace motors, belts, bearings, gears, and components.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
• Inspect equipment for wear and safety concerns.
• Document maintenance activities and parts used.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize production disruption.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
